The fermentation of cocoa beans is a key step in increasing their quality. Temperature and pH have an impact on the process' performance. Until, temperature measurements bean process been done with thermometer meter, heavily impacted by experience knowledge. goal this research to create monitoring system for using android platform. sensor must be able measure during process, reading data displayed display, according design criteria. A sensor, microcontroller, TP-Link or WiFi modem, ThingSpeak (data storage), Smartphone make up system's hardware. Arduino CC software version 1.8.14 was used software. hardware made numerous components, including NodeMCU ESP32 SKU SEN0161 DS18B20 4.2k resistor, jumper cable, 5 volt charger adaptor, results. plastic container houses electronic circuit. can read which lasts 112 hours 6 days, performance test findings. During fermentation, ranged from 27.19 °C 41.75 °C, fluctuating between 2.50 7.10.
